To Apply

Send in a complete application for Admission (can be obtained from office location) along with a copy of your Social Security Card and State ID or State Driver?s License.

Tuition
CNA Program $1500.00
Pharmacology Certificate $1500.00
(CPR Certification, handouts, Blood Pressure Machine, Uniform and study materials).
*$500 deposit is required with your application to secure your seat.
The remainder $1000 is due before the completion of the class.

Students will need to schedule a competency exam with the National Nurse Aide Assessment
Program (NNAP).

Refund
Students who decide not to attend must call five business days prior to the first class start date or will be subject to a fee.
REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED once the class begins: however, if there is a conflict, students may change to the next class schedule.

- Blood Pressure Cuff and a Stethoscope (if you have one)
